Encrypted Communication
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, so information moving between your team and AtomInc stays unreadable to anyone else.
Secure Authentication
Account access is protected with modern authentication practices, session controls, and safeguards against credential misuse.
Secure Payment Processing
Payments are processed via Razorpay, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway. AtomInc never stores your card details on its own systems.
Role-Based Access
Internal access to customer data is scoped by role and limited to what's needed to deliver the service — not open by default.

Your data stays
yours

Business information you share with AtomInc — brand details, product data, contact information — is used to deliver the service you signed up for. Nothing more.

You Own Your Data
Brand, product, and business data you submit remains yours. We process it to deliver AtomInc's services, not to build a resellable asset.
No Unauthorized Sharing
Your confidential business information is never sold, and is only shared with sub-processors necessary to run the service (e.g. payment processing).
AI Data Isolation
Data used in AI-assisted analysis is scoped to your account and isn't used to train models shared across other customers.

What We Collect, and Why

A plain description of what's gathered at each step of using AtomInc — no hidden collection beyond what the workflow needs.

At Checkout
Contact and billing details needed to process your order and issue a receipt. Card data is handled entirely by Razorpay.
At Submission
Submitting an ASIN or running country intelligence collects only public product identifiers — never marketplace seller credentials.
Financial Records
Invoices and tax records are retained as required for GST/VAT compliance and standard bookkeeping obligations.

No. Your data is used to deliver the service you signed up for. It's shared only with the sub-processors required to run that service, such as our payment processor, never sold to third parties.

No. AI in AtomInc produces recommendations and analysis for your team to act on. It doesn't execute pricing changes, submissions, or purchases autonomously on your behalf.

Checkout is processed by Razorpay, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway. AtomInc's own systems never receive or store your full card details.
